We have a very active Economic Development Corporation and Chamber of Commerce working to make business ownership in Fostoria a breeze.

Five state routes and U.S. Highway 23 run through Fostoria, making it an ideal access point for freight. Not to mention the healthy rail system that we are world famous for and we’re just 18 minutes off the Ohio Turnpike I-80/90 and Interstate 75.

There’s plenty of property in Fostoria just waiting to be taken advantage of. We are here to serve you – just let us know how we can help.

Our caring community is located just 40 miles southeast of Toledo, nestled between Findlay and Tiffin. Fostoria is a quiet yet active community, small enough to know your neighbor, but large enough that you and your family will have everything they need right here in town. Three grocery stores, dozens of churches, tons of service organizations and clubs, and more than 10 school districts are available to Fostoria residents.
